Thank you for shopping with Tubigon Raffia Gallery. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted raffia products safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, processing may take 5–15 business days depending on the complexity and quantity ordered.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Philippine public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

We ship nationwide through J&T Express Philippines.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
  • Luzon: 3–7 business days
  • Visayas: 3–8 business days
  • Mindanao: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, peak seasons, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be indicated during checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally through UPS.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Tubigon Raffia Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available in the courier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
